Our story

Nisha and Manavalan worked for a software service company wherein they were busy building a Salesforce customization project for an enterprise customer. The project team wants a break from hectic project schedules, so they decided to go for team dinner.

One evening they went for team dinner in the nearby small restaurant. The entire team was enjoying the food. The restaurant owner sitting next to Manavalan kept sending nicely formatted and personalized promotional emails one after another, without having specific tools or services.

On seeing this, Manavalan could visualize the gap in access to specialized software between small and enterprise businesses. Marketing is essential for any business, irrespective of size and nature. The core marketing principles have never changed; everyone has a different tool to bring up better result.

This incident motivates the duo to build email marketing solutions for small businesses. After extensive research and groundwork, they found Sendood.
